Library Manager

    5 days including Saturday, 40 hours per week

    Terms & Conditions: Permanent

    The College is well established HE institution over the past 5 decades and offering a wide range of vocational courses and also academic degree courses in partnership with the University of Derby.

    The college library consists of a dedicated space with physical resources such as book, journals, dissertations, thesis, equipment such as desktop and laptop computers. In addition the college subscribes to electronic resources such as eBooks and e-journals supplied by external vendors.

    The vast majority of the library functions are managed via Heritage Cirqa, a library management system. The system is hosted externally by IS Oxford, the system vendors.

Kitchen Assistant - Part-time

    The College is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to join our Catering Team, for 30 hours per week, 9.00 am-2.00pm Monday to Saturday, Term Time only.
    The successful applicant will need to have high standards of work ethic in terms of motivation, personal presentation, punctuality and team work, along with a good sense of humour. A food hygiene qualification is an advantage, but not essential as training can be given.
    Applicants should be aware that annual leave must be taken during College breaks.
    The College is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. All staff will be expected to hold or be willing to obtain DBS clearance.
